This project will automate behavioral and mental health questionnaires into the daily workflow of the clinic by automating the check-in process using a kiosk.
Through an algorithm the patient will answer questionnaires on the kiosk, and positive responses will set up further questionnaires and assign workflows to clinical staff.
The project will also expand and automate current screening processes to include depression, generalized anxiety disorder, risky drinking, smoking, obesity, and social isolation, incorporate tracking into the EHR and clinical decision support systems, and improve the formal tracking of treatment initiation and effectiveness.
